Close to various locations in the city.
Allowed pets, pets were everywhere.
Overall hotel was nice. 2 things I did not like was the fact that they had pets everywhere. Maybe there was a convention? Secondly, the double beds were full size instead of queen size. Not cool!

Close proximity to airport and price.
Small room felt cramped.
This is a good hotel if you just need a place to stay for the night. Price was reasonable and location was close to the airport although somewhat of a challenge to get to.

Smelled good. Had a great free breakfast buffet!
Signage of roads surrounding it very poor/non-existent.
Overall, an excellent hotel. It's not in an attractive area and the surrounding roads are confusing, but only a few miles from the attractions downtown. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Location close to major malls and restaurants as well as airport.
Shuttle service was a mess did not follow schedules, late when called for pickups.
The location is wonderful with two major malls and excellent restaurants within a few miles. When we were there the hotel was overloaded with Hurricane Ike displaced people so I have to cut them some slack. Front counter was slow, housekeeping never even made up our room the one day we were there, and the shuttle service to the malls did not followed schedules and did not come quickly when we phoned for pickups when the van did not come as scheduled. Staff should either do away with the posted schedules or follow them, and let people know airport pick up will always come first so prepare for a long wait at the malls. The one posted pickup spot at Mervyn's at one mall was dark and dangerous after dark since the store is closing.
The Continental breakfast was totally carbohydrates and sugar--waffles, cereal, toast, fruit, and sugary yogurt. It would have been nice to have something like hard-boiled eggs at least, something healthy.
If they were not overcrowded and overtaxed it probably would have been different.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean, the TV had a wonderful selection, the fridge and microwave were great.
Nothing.
The hotel had easy access to the freeway, stores for shopping were close, wherever we went it had easy access from the hotel. Rooms were clean, the continental breakfast was good, the lobby was always clean. The pool and hot tub were great. Our stay was very nice.

I saw a guest with a dog. I like that it is pet friendly.
The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been.
Good because it is close the airport, mall and decent restaurants. Doesn't really have good scenic views. Quite honestly, I feel the parking lot needs to be more secure. It felt dark and felt like anyone could have come in the middle of the night and broken into my car. The hotel itself is decent, though.
