Our room - the fan cover in the bathroom was broken and lying on top of the towels when we entered. How could the maid not see this and report it. The air conditioner cover fell off when I opened the control panel. Broken, fix it. Everything else in the room was great.

The staff was friendly and responsive to our slightly unique requests.
There was no printer in the business center.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, updated and well lit. The breakfast area was very small and very busy. The hotel staff is very friendly and efficient.

It had an odor in the room, Priceline customers are put where upkeep is not a priority.

Too small of a breakfast area. We had to eat back in our room because it was full.

Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast area was to small for the size of the hotel. Air conditioner was loud and did not work very good. I had stayed at Fairfield before and was pleased but the Quality has diminished.

Overall, a pleasant experience. Nice amenities in room, plus indoor pool and exercise area. Breakfast was good, with variety.

Breakfast area staff kept everything cleaned.
Cramped bathroom and vanity area.

Hotel was OK for the price. Even though set back off the main road somewhat, easy to get to. Staff was OK, except for lady who oversaw the breakfast area. She made sure tables were immediately wiped down and spills were kept cleaned up.
