Lobby great, rooms ok.
The rest of the facilities, elevator, hallways.

When I walked in I thought this isn't so bad but when I got in the elevator and I walked down the hall it was really in disrepair. Room was ok, though.

Old depressing room, only king bed available, restaurant was expensive, only place to eat and stayed at much nicer hotels for price.

A place to stay overnight. The restaurant served good food but prices were high.

The front desk people were exceptionally helpful with directions downtown!

Excellent location, proximity, to La Guardia. The staff were exceptionally helpful. They gave me directions and helped me feel comfortable in taking a bus and then subway into Manhattan. I may have called a cab instead and paid $100 needlessly instead of $8.25 for the fun-pass. They ran my jacket up to the room for me and did everything I asked of them and were very, very pleasant. The food was very good from the restaurant even though I was the only one eating. read more
