Full kitchen, LCD TV, nice bed, and free parking.
Many mechanical failures.
This is a good hotel for singles and couples, with a full kitchen, free parking, free breakfast, large LCD TV's in each room, and a nice overall look. Staff was courteous, and service including repairs was performed promptly. Repairs were required more often than at most hotels. The climate control system is poorly designed, and cools living area too much, if bedroom needs cooling. The mechanical failures of the climate control system, the electric range, and the television. The laundry automated notification system did not work, either. Guests get studio suites with 1 queen bed only, and the hotel does not have cots or roll aways. My family had to pay extra for an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite, so as to sleep 4, 1 king, and one sofa bed. Breakfast is so-so only protein is eggs which were rotten 2 days out of 8. Hotel does not have a pool. read more

Friendly staff, clean room, good location.
Although the hotel met my standards, I unfortunately got migraines each day of my staff. I'm not putting blame on the hotel, but it was quite odd as once I left I was fine.

Very friendly staff who quickly gave us a king room when requested.
A
bit too far away from SF.
Large, clean and upscale room. Comfy bed, lots of pillows. Safe area, easy off and on to 101. Would definitely like this one again, although I'd prefer to be a bit closer to the city overall.

super efficient, helpful staff, and great healthy breakfast
no swimming pool; but there was a jacuzzi
A very nice hotel; this was our favorite out of 4 hotels in 4 nights in 4 different cities. We arrived at the hotel at 2:15, and the front desk went ahead and let us check into our room. They have a DVD/book/game library you can check out items from; they also had guest laundry with free washers and dryers; you just needed to provide your own soap and softener sheets. If they'd had a pool; we would have given them 4 stars. read more
