Windows were dirty. Hadn't been washed in 10 years.
The concierge was the rudest person. Go there just to meet him.

I would rather sleep in the car. Across the street from the Ocean, but there was a 50' wide path that would get you to the ocean. Don't waste your time going to this hotel.

Filthy rooms with mold. Soiled linen. Only 1 bath towel.

This hotel needs renovations soon. It has terrible bathrooms with mold in almost every corner. The rooms furniture was mostly tattered or broken as well the bedding was soiled or had smoke burns. Holiday inn should be embarrassed.

Mold in Bathrooms. Doors that don't lock, elevators, furniture, filthy blankets, broken shower stall with molded water coming through. Smells terrible.

Holiday inn needs to evaluate this property immediately. It was not up to any franchise level. I spend over 150 nights per year in hotels. This truly was one of the worst properties I have stayed at in the past 10 years.

Restaurant food was wonderful.
The AC did not work well in the room. The restaurant one was also broken, very hot.

The staff was very nice and friendly, although when my son forgot his boogie board at the pool, the staff put it right up for rental, instead of lost and found or at least leaving it at the pool for us to retrieve. In our room, the phone and AC did not work, and the toilet ran constantly.

Would have been nice to have had a continental breakfast included in the price.

Functional, clean, outdated, beach hotel/motel on the Galt Ocean Mile.

Fantastic room, great location but pool-side music too loud, too early in the morning not everyone wants to wake up at 7 am to loud music.
