The room was clean.
Ice machine broken.

I would not stay in this hotel again. My room overlooked the roof, the ice machine on the floor did not work, I was unable to park my van at the hotel, the area did not seem safe, and there was no restaurant at the hotel.

Black mold in bath is unacceptable. Need more check in staff at peak times.

Checked in before a Canadians game and the staff was overwhelmed by the rush. Waited in line for about 15 minutes. At 3:30 there was a domestic dispute in the hallway and it took a while for security to quell it. In the morning there was a hand written note under our door offering us complimentary breakfast for the disturbance. It was a yummy breakfast and a nice gesture.

The reception person I dealt with was very polite and seemed genuinely interested in making my wife and me comfortable.

Great room, good decor, good bed, good view, and very convenient to downtown.

Clean, convenient central location, nice decor, and was newly renovated.
It took them 4 days to replace a defective safe.

The hotel is nicely decorated with new furniture. The water temperature in the pool was nice and the hotel has a good workout facility. It has good size meeting rooms. Great for business travelers. It would be nice if it provides free internet access.

Very clean, newly renovated. Very comfortable. Excellent pool facility.
Liked everything.

This hotel is very clean. Newly renovated. Bed is very comfortable. The pool facility is excellent, the water is actually nice and warm. It also has a sauna and whirlpool all very clean. Staff is very friendly.

Awesome views of the city through huge bay windows.

Hotel was stately, charming, and romantic. Rooms were well appointed - ever so slightly dated. Front desk staff was amazing - very welcoming and helpful. We were disappointed with the concierge's behavior, she was very rude, and seemed bothered when we asked for directions to the subway. We realized that we interrupted her while she was instant e-mailing back and forth.
