Great location for first time European vacation, because it was in the heart of the activity.
Liked everything.

We were there for one night. We did not have time for amenities of the hotel. We were interested in sightseeing, but the location was great and the hotel was very nice.

The hotel was located in the Las Ramblas District which is a very popular area. Many good restaurants in the area and good shopping.

The rooms were very modern and spacious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I would highly encourage all to stay here. The location is excellent for restaurants and shopping. There is even the Hard Rock cafe that takes American dollars.

Great location, very friendly staff, has a decent gym.
Rooms were small and not very clean, housekeeping seems to do a hurried job every day, not a 5 star quality.

The hotel has one of the best locations in Barcelona (at the Ramblas). The staff was great at recommending great restaurants in Barcelona and it were generally very nice. The rooms are small but comfortable with all usual amenities. We found a half filled wine bottle near the ironing board (probably left by the last guests in the room). The cupboard shelves were dusty. Housekeeping needs to definitely do a better job of cleaning up. read more

Location. The rooms were renovated with a large shower.
The hotel concierge did not give us information of activities going on, we casually found out and would have missed it.

Very noise, rooms are small, no amenity available at the hotel like gym, spa, or restaurant.

This hotel is very well situated, very noise, you can actually hear the guest in the room next door flushing the toilet or having a romantic time, hotel is under construction renovation.

Nothing, everything was great.

Great hotel, best location, right in the heart of the rambles, best rooms, plasma TV's in the main room and washroom. I rate this hotel 5 Star plus.
