Smaller hotel with easy checkin.
We could hear the neighbors as if they were in our room.

The staff is friendly, but they have put us on the noisy 4th floor three times. Those rooms are inferior. Our room had no closet, a dirty bathroom and a sink faucet that didn't work properly. The room was connected to a room that was rented by a couple of students who had loud parties into the night.

Comfortable, very friendly atmosphere, and courteous staff.

Quiet hotel. Rooms are well apportioned and up to standard. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

Firm comfortable bed, 3 blocks easy walk to the T station, bellman friendly.
Noisy neighbors with kids, Duvet and sheets were not changed.

The hotel was just what we expected. The unexpected pleasure was the bellman, he smiled and remembered us each time we entered and was so fast to call our taxi's for us. He is a real asset for this hotel and made us feel welcome.
