It has such
wow factor with all of the marble floors and hall ways. The staff was so accommodating for us. The rooms were absolutely beautiful.
They needed another short - order chef at the breakfast buffet for cooking omelets.

It was off of the main street hidden back aways, but it was right
on the beach. They had a very nice sandy beach with lifeguards. Two separate pools and lots of lounge chairs and lounging cabanas. The cabanas had double bed loungers with the option of pulling a shade over the top when you've had enough sun.

Unexpected surcharge & slow restaurant service.

Absolutely beautiful hotel; loved the infinity pools with 3 separate temperatures.

Very elegant.
Not much for kids to do other than swim.

The facilities and location are breath-taking. The beach area here is one of the best in the hotel zone. The staff is very professional & courteous. The prices for the restaurants on site are a little high; but the quality is superb.

Great atmosphere.
Nothing.

Very polite, attentive and friendly. Much nicer location than many of the other 4 Star properties. It was also right on the beach and had beautiful swimming pools. The rooms were some of the nicest that I have ever stayed in.

Nicely kept, rooms are comfortable but decor needs an update.

Hotel is very nice overall. Staff not as friendly or welcoming as other high end hotels I have stayed in. The outdoor pools are beautiful, but the pool water was extremely salty. Have had better experiences at other hotels.

Pool area is awesome.
$25 per day for internet.

This hotel is awesome! It is a few miles from all the discos. You can walk to a few restaurants. Only stay here if you like being treated like royalty. Our only complaint is the $25 per day internet charge which is ridiculous. The pool area is fantastic! We would LOVE to stay here again on our next trip to Cancun.

Such an accommodating staff!
Exorbitant charge for internet.

I do a lot of traveling and stay in a lot of hotels, but this experience would have to rate at the very top of any hotel experience I have had. Superb!
