The size and quality level of the rooms - they are actually mini suites.
The requirement to use valet parking. Would prefer the option to self park.

This hotel is upscale, ultra contemporary and very well appointed. The staff anticipates any need you may have and are very accommodating.

Ultra modern hotel in great location by the Galleria.
Open design meant that elevator noise traveled a long way.

Only valet parking - we parked across street at mall.

Very nice, contemporary rooms. Flat screen TVs with nice large room. Lots of space, large bathroom. Very nice common areas as well. Only downfall for us was the lack of parking that was not valet. This can be taken care of by simply parking across the street in the parking garage at the mall. Very short walk.

Did not like paying for parking, no laundry facility, and no complimentary breakfast.

Hotel was good, service in room not good missing facecloth in room, called for creamers for coffee and never received them.
