it has a subway station across the street.
Mold in batch and carpets, bed not comfertable, stains everywhere.
This hotel is not a 4 star hotel, it is barely gets 2 starts in North American standards. Just imagine a typical Days Inn or Red Roof in North America with a smaller bed (you will be lucky to get a queen bed, only rooms with joint small twin beds are given), mold in bathroom, stains everywhere, cracked walls and uncomfortable bed. We stayed 4 nights. One of the days room service forgot to come. As a result of our complaint, the following day the maid was confronting us that she did enter the room and cleaned it (which was a lie as she did not take her tip, towels were on the floor and the bed was not made). Stay away from this hotel it does not worth it. read more

This is a nice hotel with easy access to the Metro, and lots of amenities close by.
It is hard to understand why there were so many poor reviews of this hotel. It is a nice hotel in a convenient location with everything you need close by.

Close to metro station.
Cleaning dept. maid service.
This hotel had a nice and comfortable lobby. Our room on the other hand was dated and had bad decor. The maid service took a pair of my pants out of the room on accident with our sheets. They were never returned and no apology was ever made. One day our room was not cleaned. When I complained they accused me of putting up a do not disturb sign (which I did not). They kept arguing with me about this instead of apologizing and sending someone immediately to clean the room. read more

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice view from bedroom.
The room was old. Does not deserve 4 stars. More like a 2.5 star hotel.
The hotel is rated 4 stars but nothing is 4 star about this hotel. Photos from the website look nicer than the actual room. The staff were helpful when we ran into some issues upon check-in. Close to Air France shuttle bus and Metro.

Very convenient.
Basic rooms should have been nicer for a 4 star hotel.
Had a very pleasant experience at hotel. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Basic rooms are not up to 4 star standard. We had to upgrade to a basic deluxe to get quality.

It was a place to sleep.
Dirty rooms and bath left a lot to be desired, I think the blow dryer advertised was use by Marie Antoinette used it!
Not a 4 star! maybe a 2 star they used all the money on the lobby. The rooms were very dirty and old, but then how clean can you get something so old, but at least clean off the mold in the shower! It was very bad I hated it.

Concierge was very helpful and the 24/7 business center with internet was great.
The room seemed worn out.

The location is great. There was a major train station next door.
Rooms are dated, they were too big, it is like a zoo.
It is exactly as people described. Not where representative of the average Le Meridien. Full of group travelers and flight personnels. One early morning the maids were chatting loudly in the hall way. When I signal for them to keep it down because others are sleeping, they continue their chat, and paid no attention to me.

Location.
Bathroom had not been renovated in at least 20 years (cracked green tiles, blue Formica doors and counter). Have had nicer bathrooms in Russia.
