Clean, safe, good amenities and location, and cheap.
Too busy front desk at check-in/check-out.
Rooms attractively done. Our room was fresh and wasn't tired. Good size towels. Room safe. Basically all the things we need. Since this was not a business trip, I didn't have to deal with the internet connection.

For public transportation access this hotel is the best.
The room was small and aged in its decor
We traveled from the airport in paris to our hotel via bus and was quite suprised when we got off to find our hotel at our feet (nice suprise for first time travelers to paris) the hotel is centaly located to the trains, metro station and some of the best cafe's in town. Ask for a room on the uppeer floors for a spectacular view of the city.

Wonderful staff, very attentive, and helpful. Clean and convenient.
Free internet would be nice.
This hotel has an amazing night time staff. Concierge was super helpful, couldn't have asked for more.

The bedroom (we had to upgrade to) was clean.
It's soulless, staff very blase, did not even try to go out of their way to make it a good experience.
This hotel let us down in every aspect. Would not recommend it to my worst enemy!

Room quality was poor. Bed in particular was terrible. Definitely not Starwood caliber.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, with Air France busses from CDG stopping directly across from the hotel. The rooms are unrenovated, however they are also of very poor quality. The mattress was horrible, I ended up sleeping on pillows. The rest of the hotel was fine. I would have thought they would have maintained the Starwood "Super Sleeper Bed" program, but obviously not. read more

Convenient and safe location.
Quality of room.
The room hadn't been updated since the '80s. The lobby was attractive and active, but beyond that, this hotel was so far from 5 star. I tried on many occasions to get in touch with someone through Guest Services and only got a busy signal no matter the time. The Concierge desk was helpful, though, with my questions. Bed and bedding were extremely disappointing.

Nice lobby, friendly desk agent.
Concierge unhelpful, bathroom was horribly turquoise - seemed very outdated.
This hotel was well located, adjacent to good shopping and a metro stop. The guest rooms were very outdated and the bed was very uncomfortable, especially for a four-star hotel. The bathrooms especially were old, and the toiled smelled as though it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time.
