PB&J (Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich).
King room, bath tub is small.
We really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were nice, the pool is beautiful, and the lobby is majestic. We loved coming down for PB&J at 10:00pm. We didn't tell the kids about the ghost stories until after we left. They thought is was so cool. We would have loved to stay there longer, but for this trip it was just a stopping place for the night on our way to Florida.

Beautiful lobby, pbj & milk at night.
Charged me twice for the room, poor guest service.
No surprise, since it took them 2 days to come lock the mini bar, which is infrared censored, not good with a 3 year old. I told them that, it still took them 3 requests to do it & only then it was when I had to physically find someone and ask them. Pretty hotel, but the service was just sub-par for what you would expect.

Wonderful hotel with quality service usually only found in 5 star hotels.
Parking is very expensive, but you can find parking for much less if you do your homework.
This is a beautiful hotel that is more than 4 stars. The service is wonderful and the staff will go out of their way to help in any way they can. The rooms are clean and way above a 4 star rating. I will stay in this hotel every time I visit new Orleans. Each night they have a pub and j buffet that is wonderful for the kids and it's free just for staying. When we departed the staff slipped a recipe for pub and j cookies made out to my son thanking him for being such a wonderful guest. They really made us feel welcome and comfortable. They have a rooftop pool and hot tub that is second to none. Also, after hurricane Katrina, they put up all of their employees and their loved ones affected by the storm until they got back in their homes. This hotel and its management is nothing less than a class act. I would recommend this hotel based just on that fact alone. You can't go wrong if you stay here. It's a short walk to the French quarter, and the river walk and they are very helpful with directions. Do yourself a favor and pick this hotel. read more

None.
Room is too small and has only one bed.
Not a good location, parking is too expensive. Not a four-star hotel.

Le Pavilion is a beautiful historic hotel that is convenient to many popular tourist destinations. It is clean and had exceptional customer service.
They had an expensively stocked fridge instead of a place to refrigerate milk for our little ones.
Le Pavilion is an excellent hotel to experience high end customer service at a great price. It is a historic landmark, beautifully decorated and in the heart of New Orleans so it is very convenient to Canal street or the popular French Quarter. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting beauty and quality in a hotel. Our children loved it!
