The staff.
Outrageous internet pricing and spa prices for Bangkok.

The hotel itself is stunning, Lobby & restaurants and amenities, however the room was dated and old and is need of renovation. The prices for in room internet are clearly for business users as they were prohibitive and as a business and leisure traveler I felt the pricing to be quite outrageous with no plan for long stays. The standard of the breakfast buffet was exceptional yet totally disorganized and chaotic. The price for the two people in our party was more than the cost of the room per night outrageous. The location although close to the BTS was out of the way and there was very little in the way of restaurants close by forcing us to dine in the hotels restaurants which again were priced towards business travelers expensing their trips. Aside from all of that for what we paid on Priceline the hotel service, staff and facilities was superb. When we stayed there, a wedding was held and it was stunning and tasteful and added a real touch of Thai Culture. read more

Very good hotel for the price. Facilities are excellent. Concierge recommended excellent restaurant. Location on Embassy Row was good for business travelers, but not very helpful for tourists.
