It was close to Chicago and parking excellent.
Pool very cold, juice machines broken.

The location is excellent, staff wasn't friendly and helpful. Pool was unusable because very cold. The hotel needs new management to fix up and repair overall. We stayed two years ago it has been let rundown nice our last visit.

It was friendly.
The indoor pool was cold.

It was a very nice hotel for the situation that we needed. The only thing I didn't like was we had to pay an extra $10.00 for my mother in law staying in the room with us. I was very upset.

A dirty towel was left hanging on the back of the bathroom door. There was trash behind the head of the bed, seen while sitting on the mattress.

I like how the hallways were wide and had an open feeling. The hotel seemed to be cared for and was clean.

very clean.
Place was well worn.

The hotel was very old and run down. It was a clean facility, but the overall appearance was not kept up. Our sink had a crack in it. The tub had rust water stains. The carpet was well worn.

I liked everything. Price, location and facilities.
Cannot think of anything.

Overall, very good. Only problem was with the
TV controller which the desk staff fixed quickly. I would reccommend this hotel and stay there again.

House keeping was not very good.

There was only one wash cloth in bathroom and no hand towels in bathroom. Had to ask for them, also no remote control for TV. Carpet did not look like it had been vacuumed for quite some time.

Extremely rude staff, no towels, no fridge or microwave.

This hotel doesn't care about their guests and the quality of their stay. We had one towel in the room, no extra pillows and no fridge or microwave as promised. They refused to move are room because we didn't have fridge. They only moved us later because our air didn't work. Rooms are run down and beds uncomfortable. There were gang fights in the halls and police had to be called. This is definately a safety issue. Will never stay here again and will tell all friends the same. read more
