Customer oriented staff, comfortable beds, and an excellent food.
Layout of facility a little hard to navigate.

From the moment we arrived staff were courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and was very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service were both excellent. We only stayed one night but would have liked to been there longer to enjoy the pool area.

The hotel is off of the beaten path and is in a beautiful location.
It is rather spread out. Parking was confusing

I enjoyed my stay. I would stay again if I get back that way.

The lake area was nice and calming.
1/4 of the room was unbearable when the a//c was on.

The hotel was very comfortable. We really did not use the resort amenities as we were there for a Great Lakes graduation, and spent most of our time away from the hotel. Any personnel we encountered were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable.

The wide variety of amenities: pool, tennis, theater, gift shops, restaurants, nearby bike trail, work out room, etc.
There is a charge of in-room internet access.

This hotel has a lot to offer for all types of travelers. As a hotel guest you have access to indoor outdoor pools, bigger than average workout room with showers, tennis courts, gift shops, a number of restaurants, and a performance theater down the hall. The lobby is elegant; the rooms are clean and tastefully decorated.
