I liked the historical aspect of the hotel.
My tub was not so clean. Dust bunnies lived there.

Cool spot with a historic vibe.

I was traveling with two other women; they got us a room with 2beds & hide-bed.
It was a little further from where I wanted to be.

I would recommend this hotel. The service was good. We did not eat there. But I did ask for a menu, so we could review, and there was not one available without going into the bar, because the restaurant was closed. There should be one in the room. We may have eaten there if the prices were comparable to other places, so we ate before we got back to the hotel, only because we had so much budgeted for food and had no idea if the prices were high or not. It would have been nice if there was a hot tub. read more

Flat screen TV.
Remodeling the entry.

Once the remodeling is done in the lobby of the hotel it will be very good. The room was clean and very nice. I will stay there again if in the area.

Liked proximity to area I wanted to visit & military amenities.
Housekeeping staff did lousy job on last day/night of our stay.

Very nostalgic visit for former military member who had been based at McClellan in past. I recommend it to others who can utilize BX and Commissary. Introductory room rate was good.

Friendly staff and complimentary breakfast.
I requested for Arden area and this location is quite far from CAL Expo

I like the hotel overall, staff were very friendly and helpful, complimentary breakfast was good, hotel is clean, the only negative I could say is the location...quite far from CAL Expo.

Big remodeled rooms in a former military base BOQ.
The location was unusual, closed military base.

This was an unusual hotel, remodeled from BOQ on a former military base. Rooms were suites, large and comfortable with microwave, small refrigerator, separate sitting area. It was close enough to my business meeting to be convenient, but I would have rather been closer to Alden. Hot breakfast in the morning.

Comfortable Bed and room, plenty of space, liked the bathrobe.
Strange location and layout, answer to question 9 not accurate, OK for business but not a solid yes answer.

Large sprawling complex, appears to be extensively renovated military housing, plenty of space and ok for business travel but not really set up for business traveler. Comfortable bed and room, nice shower and bathrobe. Needs in room Wife access.

Free breakfast buffet, nice pool, great location
Staff tended to be very young and somewhat slovenly

A delightful location and a beautiful facility. We enjoyed our 2 nights there, and would like to go back again. The beds were a bit on the hard side, however.
