I liked the location, bedroom and jacuzzi.
Only 1 elevator was working.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool for the first time. It is in a central location and walking distance to the major sites. The hotel room was big, clean, and had a large bathroom. The bed was also very comfortable. We used the pool, sauna, jacuzzi & steam room. All were great and to a high standard. For a first-time visitor, I loved the city and the people are very friendly and lively. Overall, pleasantly surprised and would return again. read more

Great staff, great restaurant, comfy beds.
TV was really small.

This hotel is great. Its two blocks from the train station and in the heart of all of the action. Staff is great. Eat at the restaurant in the hotel, it was very delicious.

Rooms, staff, location.

The location of this hotel is ideal for anyone visiting Liverpool, especially for a short time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the rooms were beautifully appointed and clean
beds were amazing! I would return without question.

The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel.
The door and window were thin, so we heard all sorts of noise.

Despite the noisiness of the room, this hotel is in an excellent location and has super friendly staff and luxurious accommodations. The room service was even a good value for what you paid.

Difficult to find.

The rooms here were much larger than typical English hotels including other Marriott's. Unfortunately, I was given a room with two twin beds. I pushed them together. The location was right in the center of town.

Very noisy location.

Nice hotel, conveniently located but be warned that it will be noisy as the main bus station is directly opposite and Liverpudlians get leery and fight a lot on a weekend, not so cultured!

Perfect for anyone wanting to visit Liverpool in general or to go watch the famous Liverpool football club in action.
