Good location.
Room was too small and hotel extremly loud hard to sleep.
when first arrived looked decent for price paid for room but when I arrived to the room it was small and the bed was very worn out and uncomfortable, there were always loud noises or children running up and down the halls or people hitting things, couldn't get a good nights sleep wouldn't recommend the hotel.

It was a great buy.
The hotel was a no frills place, but the room was nice and pretty good sized. I enjoyed coffee the next morning in the lobby on the leather sofa. I would definitely stay here again because of the value offered for the price. A true bargain in a big city.

Inexpensive but good quality.
Simple and inexpensive. The staff was very friendly and the complimentary continental breakfast as a nice plus.

Courteous staff. Clean rooms.
No issues.
Rooms were clean and spacious. We got in pretty late and they were accommodating and offering anything we may need, even though it was 2 am.

The price was good for the decent hotel room.
Bathroom kind of old; hotel staff missed our wake-up call so we missed out 8:30 am engagement.
This is a reasonable hotel with a modest breakfast (all crabs, waffles, cereal, toast, and bagels). It appears they are making improvements, they were replacing beds while my husband and I stayed there. The hotel room was nice, the bathroom wasn't dirty but appeared to be because it is old. The hotel staff was friendly and involved in the lobby area. However, they missed the wake-up call we requested. We were in a different time zone and not used to the change, we slept right through our 8:30am breakfast engagement. Luckily, our family waited for us to get there before making their BIG announcement. Needless to say, the family is not thrilled with the hotel staff. Other than that, we were happy with the hotel especially for the price. If we are in that location again, I would consider making reservations there again. read more

The cleanliness.
An employee.
The hotel itself more than met our expectations. We have never had an issue with our request being met when using Priceline (in regards to wanting a non smoking room and a king sized bed.) I asked my husband to call about the bed size, but did fail to mention to request non smoking. Upon arriving at the hotel around 1:00 am (which he advised staff would be occurring) we were sent to a room that was smoking. The stale smoke smell was overwhelming. I didn't even walk into the room and knew it was a smoking room. We went up to the lobby, asking to be moved, and the employee acted as if it was a major inconvenience. Other than that, the room was quite sufficient, and we did encounter another hotel employee later in the morning who was very good. In the end, were moved to a non smoking room. But again, were made to feel as if it was a huge measure and burden. read more
