Nothing.
The customer service.
I made sure, the word was spread around town at each place I went about the lack of professionalism. The soda machines froze everything as well. Manager didn't care one bit. The buckets catching water in the hallways was a nice touch.

Beautiful facility, beautiful rooms! All wow's!
This was a fabulous hotel and would delight nearly anyone, unless you are looking for a brand new facility. It's like staying in a German castle! The rooms were so spacious and beautiful! Can't say enough - I loved it!

The hotel had an old German hunting lodge theme.
One elevator was noisy.

Wow! The poll area was great.
This was a great historic feeling hotel. I learned during my stay that the man who had this hotel built flew all the builders in from Germany. Also, the staff was beyond helpful.
