Resort fee.

The hotel grounds and common areas are stunning, more of what I would expect in a resort than a Las Vegas-area hotel. Staff were kind and helpful, and I was literally tempted to skip the event I'd gone to Vegas for just to hang out at the hotel. It absolutely inspired relaxation.

I was awoken at midnight our first night by a young couple fighting in the hallway. They were crude, swearing and upsetting.

Quiet and clean.
Additional resort fee charged at check in

Enjoyed the hotel and thought it was nice. A little far from Vegas but OK. The thing that bothered me was an additional $22 per day Resort fee that we were charged, quite deceiving because I had no choice to cancel after learning of the fee.

Lake, pool, slide, shuttle to great event, village nearby.
They charged us an unexpected resort fee.

The grounds are fantastic, very upscale and new, hotel decor is great, especially loved our lake view, on a golf course and directly on the lake, with great places for pictures (4-poster outside bed near fire pit), great swimming with 2 pools - one with a long slide not just for kids - boats on the lake - shuttle to music events if you want - beware their unexpected resort fee - but fishing and pets allowed and paddle boats and golf in a very picturesque setting. read more
