Fabric was worn in room (chair) and booth in restaurant. Hotel is only 5 years old!

Staff was very helpful; even logged on while I was away and printed my airplane boarding pass. Great folks.
Valet parking was a bit slow due to under staffing.

Hotel room was great. Nice and clean. Bed slept well and bathroom was nice with plenty of room. Overall a great experience and would recommend the hotel to others, no questions asked. Keep up the good work!

Rude waiters, two of them, poor service in bar.

This hotel was clean, new and beautiful. The location was great, right next to the casino and aquarium. Rude waiters in bar area who had a lot of attitude.

Convenient location and awesome view of the city. The big comfy bed was great too.
I was put in a smoking room (stinky) when I had asked for a non-smoking room.

The low¿s new Orleans is very nice, the staff was extremely helpful, and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
