Everything was great except the concierge sent me to the wrong terminal at Heathrow. I wasn't sure whether I should trust him. I did. I shouldn't of.

View of the city was nice.
My room was next to the service area so was the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in.

My recently renovated room while small, was fine. However, its location right next door to the service area/elevators led to staff slamming carts through swinging doors at all hours, talking loudly, slamming doors, etc. I barely slept.

Noise, oldness of the room and no free Wi-Fi.

Not bad hotel, but some rooms are quite old, mine was and the shower not very convenient, I don't know about the most recent. My room was also quite noisy. The internet is 20 pounds a day, a bit expensive especially since it's not extremely fast. For the price I paid it's okay, but I would not pay full price for this one.

Wonderful view and great access to parks and subway.
Elevators aren't normal and the excessive cost of additional amenities such as internet and phone use.

This is a hotel in a great location with a great staff and views.

Good location. Good facility and clean room.
We could not check in until 6pm. Our room was used for conference activities on the 6th floor until 5pm. Not acceptable.

Location is great, convenient to all places in London. The location is also safe. The problems of the hotel are 1) the staff was not extremely helpful, and 2) the elevators required very long waiting time around 9am and 5pm.
