The staff was very responsive to any requests.
The refrigerator in the room.
The London Marriott is located in a prime spot in London. You are opposite Ben Ben and Parliament. The Westminster Underground station connects you to the rest of London. The train at the nearby Waterloo station connects you to areas outside of London such as Windsor Castle (a must see). When you enter this special hotel it presents a calming quiet space that you are eager to return to after a long day of sightseeing. I would recommend it to anyone. read more

Superb customer service that exceeded all expectations.
You must book the superior room if traveling with a child that is 30 pounds more per night.
I am a veteran business traveler and was at first apprehensive about booking a posh hotel through Priceline as I was concerned that I would not get the service or accommodations that I am used to getting. However, I was delighted with how fantastic the service was, the bright and luxurious rooms, the exceptional location and the hotel restaurants. If possible, do upgrade to the superior rooms. They are unrivaled in the space - especially for a European hotel. I hope to stay at this hotel again and will certainly recommend it to friends and colleagues. read more

Great location.
Not a five star hotel.
Was disappointed in the accommodations. It is in a wonderful location in an historic building in London. My key never worked two days in a row (four night stay) and required about an hour each time to get straightened out (new keys, which also didn't work, combined with long treks to the room each way until maintenance was called).

Very good location and facility. Concierge excellent.
Housekeeping inconsistent. Turn down came very late. Room cleaned at 6
pm one day.
Generally, a very nice hotel. Front desk and concierge were very helpful. Location convenient to Big Ben, Parliament, and Westminster Abby. Close to two tube stations as well, which was nice. Housekeeping and engineering a little off. One light burned out for whole stay, broken remote.

The location is superb and the views are wonderful. I love the South Bank in any case.
Great location. Wonderful views. And a very nicely presented hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable and all public areas were excellently maintained. Staff were courteous and efficient; not exactly friendly, but more professional and attentive which, frankly, is how I like it.

Great location to transportation (Waterloo Station) and sightseeing. Safe for a woman alone.
The public areas are fairly minimal in size but the bar looked over the Thames.

Location was excellent. Easy to get to tubes and attractions. Excellent service and the staff was so accommodating.
The high fee for internet service.
This hotel far exceeded my expectations. It was elegant, yet friendly and very convenient to the train system and major sites. I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott County Hall. My husband and I loved it.
