Overall, the hotel was great. The price was ideal for a Marriott stay and would do it again. There was only one fast food place and would of liked more in walking distance. But overall, transport was in front of the hotel and convenient for all. I'm very happy and enjoyed my trip to London.

Loved the staff, and all the facilities, especially the gym.
The hotel restaurant prices.

Certainly a 4 star. with a personalized greeting on the TV when i entered, and plush king size bed, beautiful and sizely bathroom, and all the facilities at your finger tips. lovely staff also.

The quiet, the inviting bed (I was exhausted), the sense of comfort & security, the uncluttered elegance.
Can't think of anything.

The perfect place to rest up for, or from, a long trip. The elegance is comfortable - both in the rooms & in the spacious and inviting lobby. I loved the sculptures!

No free shuttle to the airport

Good quality hotel. Close to the airport but still needed transport to the terminal which was an extra cost. All hotels which are described as having airport locations should provide free airport shuttles.
