Good location.
Terrible service.

Auberge Du Chateau is located in the heart of Vianden, which is why we chose to stay there. We had no issues with the room itself, but upon check out, we had a simple misunderstanding with the couple that runs/owns the hotel, and we were subjected to the worst treatment we have ever experienced by someone in the hotel industry. They were rude, unkind, and unprofessional. If you do choose to stay at this hotel, know that the service/treatment from the hotel staff could very well be atrocious. read more
