Personal attention, cozy robes, and adjacent spa.

The hotel was not busy, which may be why the service was so excellent! Every request was met, and the staff was at all times courteous. The beds and robes were sublime. When I returned to my room at the end of the day there was ice in the ice bucket.

No parking - only valet parking available.

Overall wonderful - would stay again and would recommend without hesitation.

Amazing location, comfortable bed, helpful staff, good continental breakfast.

This hotel was great. We arrived in Victoria four hours before check in and went to the hotel to see if they could hold our suitcase. They were more than accommodating and ended up giving us a key to our room on the spot. We had a great view of the government building. The location is amazing - right in the middle of town. We had a king sized bed that was extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. read more

This is by far the nicest hotel
I have ever stayed at. The room was large and comfortable. If and when
I return to Victoria, this will be my first choice.
