The first room I stayed in had a broken disposal that smelled. The second was also broken. Male staff member was not helpful. For breakfast, items often run out and staff not too quick to refill ( coffee and pastries.) Was given a patch cord to use on my computer for free internet that was broken. Only one cord was available apparently. Had to wait until following day for another one. read more

Night clerk tried to extort $100 cash pet fee.

Hotel would have been exceptional except night clerk wanted $100 cash as a pet fee.
