The hotel was just ok. The jaquzi was out of service, and the breakfast stoped at 9am on the weekends.

Pool was out of service.

The hotel was disgusting. Though we did not request smoking, we were given a room that wreaked of smoke. When requesting a crib - we were told there was a $10/night charge for one despite the fact that the room brochure stated that a crib could be provided at no extra charge. The pool was closed for maintenance - reportedly to reopen at an undetermined date.

Room layout and kitchen
and I was the VIP guest of the day!

This was a great experience. We arrived late after traveling in the morning to work the afternoon/evening at a convention. We were exhausted but the room was very inviting and comfortable. The refrigerator was great for putting all our snacks and food in for the next day. We will definitely stay there again!

I was able to check-in prior to 3 pm.
The elevator carpet requires an immediate change.

I enjoyed the personnel, the breakfast and the lobby.

People and location.
No swimming pool and needed to be cleaned better.

Good location, workers treated me well, rooms needed a little more cleaning, and there was no pool due to not having a certified pool cleaner. It was safe and an
OK place to stay.

Smokey smell was bad. Couldn't use pool.

If you want cheap then come here. If you enjoy smoke smell in a non smoking room this is your idea place.

Roomy and plenty of amenities.

We were quite pleased with the room setup. It was very roomy and open while offering a breakfast bar, kitchen and sofa as well as the standard beds. The staff was friendly and made everything easy.

Friendly and helpful desk staff.
Rugs were worn and tattered
bed was not comfortable; poor fitness room.

Not bad for the price.

Continental breakfast was great.
Entrance and hallway was not clean.

As we walked to our room, we had to go through a laundry room which was open. We traveled a lot and stayed many hotels with a different levels, I noticed that a laundry room should be build more a discreet part of the building, not across the check-in area.

Access to pool and kitchenette in room were great.
Hotel is outdated and poorly maintained/dirty almost.

Great for families who must have a place to stay, would not stay again unless nothing else was available - was awakened at 7 am by a fire alarm, non-smoking room, bed was comfortable though and kids loved the pool.
