It was in a very quiet farm like setting but right off the main roads needed to get to Hershey Park.
The pool was cloudy and had allot of debris in it and many flies. I also did not like the policy of not making the beds and doing a light cleaning .
My Wife and I enjoyed the hotel very much as did our kids. It was located on a very quiet road and it was only a few minutes to the attractions. It was a new hotel so everything was very up to date and clean except the pool area. I felt as if no one was running the place from time to time though and though they helped me with all of my request, the staff was not friendly or went out of there way at any time. read more

Location and type of room (full Kitchen).
Daily room service not availabe; only towel change and garbage emptied; surrounding area with a lot of flies.
Entertainment area and pool were utilized a lot by the teenagers in my party (15-17yrs). Did not realize that full room service was only availabe if you asked for it, otherwise only daily towel changes and garbage emptied.

Brand new rooms nice and clean.
Flys all over the hotel including the room.
This is a nice new up and growing hotel minutes from Hershey. Nice place for family. Only three recommendations:a better breakfast selection,shock the pool with softer chemicals, and an exterminator for the flys.

The pool and mini golf course was so great.
The room was very small not what I thought.
The staff was friendly and helpful. It was very close to the Hershey Park around 15 minutes. The pool was wonderful as well as the mini golf course and basketball hoop. My biggest issue was the size of the room. It was not what I thought it was going to be. It was small. I thought it would be a suite. Having a bedroom area then a kitchen/living room area. All rooms were together in a big room. We has a family of five wouldn't be able to stay there again. read more

New , clean and convenient to area, Wi-Fi and fun pool.
Way over chlorinated, all kids got bad rash/daughter got locked in closet for 45 minutes. Staff was no help/breakfast had little kid food.
Overall nice hotel, new, no bedbugs, no maid service never came with new towels or to vacuum. There was hair on floor behind bathroom door heat/air hard to keep even,window only opened 3 inches when my daughter got locked in closet (no lock on door handle broke) they had no idea how to get her out I broke handle myself and received no apology just a suggestion to next time use a dime to jimmy the lock, when asked for directions they had no idea of local attractions (bring a garmin). There was hot breakfast but not much for kids except for danish pool was fun but the rash from chlorine was not for a 7 hour ride home. read more

It was very kid friendly!!! The golf and pool kept them busy. Although they could take better care of their pool it was green.
The pool was green.
The hotel was great! Very kid friendly! Pool needed a good shock. It was green.
