The MainStay Suites is perfectly located on a 25-acre farm, complimented by a stream running in front of the property plus an amazing view of the Great Smoky Mountains. This Pigeon Forge hotel is within five miles of attractions like Dollywood, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede dinner show and Dollywood's Splash Country. The University of Tennessee and Mc Ghee Tyson Airport are both about a half-hour away. The hotel is near several shows and shopping malls. The rooms are too small and the bed was uncomfortable.

The property of this hotel is gorgeous. Great hotel and convenient to my family's house.

This hotel looks like an upscale apartment complex. Very roomy, liked the TV sitting area and kitchen area, which was unexpected thought I was only getting a 2 queen-bed room. Good continental breakfast.

It was a clean hotel. We enjoyed the variety of pools. Especially having one inside and out. Breakfast was good too.
Nothing really.

This was a very clean and people friendly hotel. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to families. This isn't really a romantic hotel, more for families.

We loved the location. It was away from the traffic on the main road.
Disappointed all rooms did not have balconies.

Great price for clean and friendly hotel. Really loved the light room service as requested so sleeping in was not disturbed. Overall a great place to stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a lot of good food to choose from for breakfast. Very clean on outside and on the inside.
I didn't like how far away the hotel was from all the action on the strip.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and especially to families. The pools were very clean and very fun!

Large rooms, good location, quiet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a large selection for the free breakfast. They supplied popcorn and beverages in the afternoon. The hotel has both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool to accomodate all types of weather.

The room was very clean. The free breakfast was wonderful with everything from pastries to belgium waffles.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We would stay again in a minute because of the clean rooms and friendly staff. Hotels with a few blocks and brand new were much less expensive. Had it been summer time, the children would have loved the pool. This hotel is immaculate and their is someone always there cleaning something.

It was more than I expected, the kitchen was great!
Having to ask for clean towels.

We weren't expecting the kitchen area, so it was a wonderful surprise. The view from our room was wonderful--the mountains and the stream with the ducks swimming in it. It was also off the beaten path so you really felt that you had a real get-away.
