Location and quietness.
Parking cost and loud air conditioner.

This hotel has a great location, helpful staff and a nice bar area. Great for walking and accessible to the greater LA area food
and arts. Room is small, comfortable but if you want to be pampered this is not for you. A great hotel for sleeping, good service and location to see the happenings of the area.

Nice smallish upscale hotel.

Very modern decor. I really liked the lounge music over the lobby speaker system. Professionally run, friendly staff and no complaints whatsoever.
