Staff was very efficient, responded to my request for safe lockout in minutes.
Hotel room maintenance needs upgrade, shower head leaked, balcony door hard to open.

Well managed hotel with very supportive staff, they made me feel like I had known them for years. Took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I understood everything. Note that hotel has two buildings, one beach side, and one tower across the road. Elevated walkway gives safe access from road traffic.
