Beautiful views. Located close to town and
friendly staff.
Some noise could be heard from other rooms.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Our stay was short but very pleasant. Overall, our experience was positive.

I just found this hotel very disappointing. I expected it to be cleaner. They should consider renovating the place. Also I did not like the staff having their friends hang out by the check in desk. Somewhat unprofessional.

The bed groaned every time you moved.

Over all it was good and a great price.

It was the only hotel available at the time of reservation.
The room was not cleaned. Smell of mildew. The sheet had coffee spots.

We did not like the hotel. It was with employees without knowledge and the room was not cleaned.

The location was quite nice, and it was the cheapeset accom I could find in Jasper

liked the atmosphere of the room and the scenery surrounding.
The house keeping staff did not fulfill the requirements of keeping our room clean. Our bed was poorly made, towels not changed.

I
found the hotel comfortable, but found the pool to be dirty and needs proper changing rooms.
I also feel that your rooms were slightly over-priced and that housekeeping should do a better job of keeping the rooms clean and replacing towels when required.
