I liked the front and lobby of the hotel (facade).
Less money on facade, more money on interior (particularly within standard Guest rooms).

Location and ease of getting in and out.
The hotel was great. The parking rates were excessive in my opinion. Otherwise all was OK.

Staff was very friendly. Lobby was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated.
The room was outdated. It had an old 20" TV, popcorn textured ceiling, and smelled funny.
This hotel ALMOST had everything I expected. Perfect location, spectacular view, friendly and courteous staff, and fabulous lobby, but the room was a huge disappointment. I felt like I was in a motel!

Fantastic bay rooms.
No room safe.
Excellent lobby with quick check in time with helpful staff. Easy parking facilities. Great rooms with big beds and excellent bath room facilities. Close to town and the bay providing a great location. Very nice pool with views and great leisure facilities available.

We enjoyed the view.
We thought the rooms were very outdated.
We expected a little more from this hotel. The rooms need updating. The bathrooms do not match up with a 4 star hotel rating. I really enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner and soaps that were provided.

Perfect location, large, resort like lobby, extremely helpful staff.
The guest rooms and bathroom are too small and in need of a larger, LCD television. Free internet would have been nice.
Beautiful hotel and lobby, front desk clerk comped a bottle of wine when she learned it was our anniversary. Although we did not eat in any of the restaurants, they all seemed attractive and inviting. The guest room and bathroom are definitely on the small side. The round screen television very much dates the room.

Self parking and location.
I thought I would receive a paper at the door in the am, but did not.
Sign in was quick and staff was friendly. Overall a very nice room/bathroom. Loved the view from the room.
