Amazing, simply amazing.
Parking was $50!

Amazing, views, we had a bay view room and it was incredible. Sevice is top notch and very friendly, it was a very nice place and we will go there again soon. Parking was $50 so be ready for that. Entire experience was very classy and elegant, I would suggest this hotel to anyone.

Extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating staff.
Parking and room service a bit steep.

From check-in to check-out all of my needs were accommodated. The room was plush, beautiful and spotless. Kudos to the entire staff from the manager to Housekeeping who were always friendly and ready to give "tourist" information and even suggest their favorite places to visit or eat. I will stay again during my next trip to San Francisco.

The view was out of this world, you could see for miles.
Parking was expensive.

We stayed on the 48th floor (top of building) the views were fantastic, room service was prompt, everyone was very polite.

It had a very relaxing atmosphere and a great view on higher floors
There was nothing I didn't like.

It made me want to go back. The staff was all very accommodating and friendly.

I can't afford to stay there every day.

This Hotel deserves all 5 stars. Truly luxurious and elegant. We took the Bay view king - a corner room with an 180 degree view of SF and the golden gate. This was an extravagant romantic getaway for us and the room suited our needs perfectly. Everywhere you look in this room you can tell it was built for romance. And, there is even a view from the bath-tub! The room-service was superb, the staff friendly and the level of service singular. Truly worth a little splurging. And with an off season discount that included free valet parking, late check out and free breakfast - we got out for less than a grand including tips! read more
