They put me on 2nd floor in room with blocked window.
Beautiful hotel. Outstanding service. You cannot go wrong staying here. It's a bit out of the way.

Old San Francisco elegance great location!
Plumbing is quite indicative of the times. Hotel built 1928 and the plumbing reflects that!

So elegant; so beautiful; I could hear the trolleys! The location is fabulous! I could not have been more pleasantly surprised!
There was nothing I didn't like.
Such old world glamor! My room was immaculate. Each employee was professional and helpful. I loved the fact that I could open my windows and smell the bay air. The bed was luxurious. Coffeepot in the room - yea! Who can beat Top of the Mark? Our windows faced west. To amuse ourselves, we watched people trudge up and down the steep sidewalk!

The "Top of the Mark" restaurant with it's 360 degree view of SF!
Loved it all!
The hotel was beautifully decorated with a great location, comfy beds and a restaurant, "Top of the Mark" with spectacular views of the city. Don't miss this great hotel!

Location on Nob Hill and near the Cable Cars. Great view from the room. Large, comfortable bed.
The staff was especially helpful regarding transportation issues. They were not pushy and made us feel very special.

Nothing.
Had to check out.
This is one of the most historic hotels in a historic city with a wonderful location. Only go here if you really want to leave your heart in San Francisco.
