Marriott Desert Springs Villas I

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel met our expectations for the price we paid. But the units are very basic and show a lot of use as time shares.

Unfortunately we received poor service here - we were short of items on the itinerary and despite requesting them personally, they were never delivered. You tend to remember this more than anything else and so it colours your view. In addition, we were with friends, who had a better villa with everything they needed.

This hotel makes you like Palms Desert.

I love the Marriott Hotels because they really believe in customer satisfaction.

The rooms overlook a beautiful golf course. There are plenty of activities for families. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room. If you smoke do not come here. No smoking allowed in the entire resort, not even on your private balcony. I would recommend this resort to families with children.

Super resort and wroth the money for business or family. Room was mini-apartment sized with a roomy balcony. Air conditioner could have been colder. Check you bill carefully. When I called the hotel to get it corrected, the front desk clerks were clueless. I had to wait until the next day for a Manager to call me back to get the problem fixed. He apologized for their error, so watch your bill at this hotel. read more
