Lobby area had a warm atmosphere and was relaxing.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay and had a relaxing visit. Staff was very friendly, and room was very clean.

I felt very comfortable, the linens were nice and I liked the size of the rooms. The bathroom was nicely updated. Some of the furniture in the room could be replaced but wasn't bad.

Unaccommodating, with front desk staff who don't communicate with each other.

I booked a hotel for 11/21/09 at Marriott Albuquerque Pyramid North 5151 San Francisco North, Albuquerque, NM 87109. Upon check-in they did not have my reservation, but still issued me a room after I provided the receipt stating that the room was paid in full. At no time did they inform me that I would be billed for the room. At check-out they told me that they whomever checked me in did it wrong and they would bill. The front desk attendant provided me with a receipt with a zero balance. read more

Size of rooms could be a bit larger.

Hotel staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, and hotel facilities were clean and beautiful.
