The security and shuttle driver were excellent.
The desk clerks were indifferent, borderline was rude.

Convenient to the airport, clean and comfortable not as nice as other 4 star hotels in area more like a 3 star, but still nice.

Parking lot needed more sidewalk space.

Conveniently located near Hartsfield-Jackson airport, this upscale hotel had beautifully appointed rooms, multiple options for onsite dining and a friendly, helpful staff.

The bed slept very well.
Street signs were hard to find.

Everything was nice except it was hard to find. City is not for visitors. It was very hard to get around when it comes to directions.
