Location.
Hampton Inn sign luminating in my room.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean. The restaurant was fast and friendly. However, the outer curtain doesn't close. The Hampton Inn sign across the street luminated into my room the whole night.

Staff was exceptionally friendly.
$30 a night to park. No washcloths in room.

Above average friendly staff. Hotel was nice but certainly nothing special. No washcloths in bathroom. I've never seen a TV remote control more difficult and user un-friendly to operate. Very frustrating. We were only there one night but I will NOT stay in downtown Atlanta again.

The staff was very friendly and went out of the way a couple of times to make sure we were happy.
There was what I consider exorbitant charges for even the most minute amenities. $13.50 for a continental breakfast.

The rooms and common areas were very clean. The staff was exceptional and clearly went above what would normally be expected to ensure we were completely satisfied and happy.

Only valet parking, and $27 overnight at that. Need to include it if your staying with them for that kind of money.
