Hotel check-in clerk messed up our check-in.
Nice hotel, but concierge level is closed on weekends - not good for Platinum Elite members.

Cannot find any.
Bad service, noisy, no bath.
I have never experienced this kind of hotel. There are lots of people maybe for a wedding and we were given a room on the first floor near the lobby. We couldn't get sleep until 3 in the morning since they were having a party all around the place, shouting, drinking, laughing. I called the front just to make the people quiet near my room, not in the whole hotel, but no result. We had so little sleep that ruined the next day's schedule. When we checked out, I lost my words when the staff asked me how we slept well. Definitely this hotel is not for the family trip but for the party people. I guess they should change the title from hotel to night club. read more

The staff is incredibly helpful and diligent.
I have no complaints.
The hotel has a pleasant and calming presence. It is of course clean, and well equipped to handle any need a traveler might have over night, or for a number of nights.

The beds were comfortable.
Terrible customer service.
When I arrived at the hotel, my 1st thoughts were of a good nature. After approaching the front desk and learning that after traveling 10 long hours on the highway, after booking my rooms in advance and paying in advance with my credit card. I learn that my rooms have been given to someone else who showed up without reservations. So therefore, this hotel gets 2 thumbs down.

I liked the rooms. The bed was VERY comfortable.
It was not easy to locate.
It is a nice place to stay--clean and comfortable.

Bartender was awesome!
No fridge or microwave in the room.
Nice place to stay, quick and easy check in and check out. Bed was extremely comfy. Nice flat screen TV. Downside - internet service is not free.
