Very helpful staff.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right off the freeway just minutes from downtown Austin.

I like the bed the most. You can tell the room was clean and I couldn't get away from the comforter.
The remote to the TV. It was hard to change channels. The cost of renting a movie.

Overall this was a very nice hotel to stay at. I loved the beds and the bathroom was nice. I always do an inspection of my own, no matter how nice the hotel is.

The staff was excellent.
Room service stops at 11.

This hotel was very nice and the staff was great. The food was about average for a 3.5 star hotel. I did not like that there was no valet service, but it was nice saving the money on parking. The hotel should offer a wireless internet connection instead of plug in.

Very friendly staff and free underground parking! That's a real plus!
Was not particularly easy to get to from South bound I35.

Very nice hotel in a series of 5 other Marriott’s in the same location. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to offer assistance - even printing out a map so we wouldn't get lost trying to find the bat bridge. The room was bright and clean. The only thing missing was a free breakfast buffet that was offered at some of the other Marriott hotels in the same location. That would have been the biggest bonus of all! read more
