Staff was very friendly and service was extremely quick and accurate.

I would not rate this as a five star hotel as it is not the same quality as a Ritz-Carlton, Fairmont or Four Seasons which I usually stay at. But it is definitely in the 4 star category. Service was excellent, friendly and quick. Hotel was exceptionally clean (although I would expect no less), and in good repair. Location was right on the river, convenient to many fine restaurants and the river taxi service. Overall, great value for the money, and I would recommend to anyone I know. read more

Swimming pool could be warmer.

Great location with the city cat water taxi a few minutes away. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Not as generous as other hotels we stayed at in regards to complimentary things since it was our honeymoon, but nonetheless a great place to stay.

I liked working out in the gym at 4:30 am and then relaxing in a jacuzzi with a great view of the city scape.
The seafood buffet was mediocre with an unbelievable high price.

Good location, clean rooms, and nice views.
Executive lounge was not open long enough, food was limited, and staff noisy.

Had my key malfunction 3 different times. Bought the executive lounge upgrade and could not get to it, key twice mis programmed. Royal pain, stop serving breakfast Sunday am at 10 to early. Limited drinks on off hours a pain.
