I love it, everything was really good, I would like to be more day but I couldn't. The only problem is not free Internet in the room.

The beds were amazingly comfortable!
You are obligated to pay $14 for parking.

This hotel was absolutely beyond our expectation. We go to horror nights at Universal Studios every year for my husband's birthday and would rather just stay the night since the park doesn't close till 2am. We were really only looking for a place to lay our heads till morning but this hotel was far more. The beds were very comfortable with down mattress toppers, down pillows, and a down comforter, all like new. The room was really good sized especially for what we paid. One of my favorite things is the shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, etc. in the bathroom. They weren't cheap. It was all from bath and body works and smelled really good! The only thing that irritated me about staying here was the parking. Its $14 dollars a day and you really don't have a choice because there is no other parking. read more

We were not told when I made reservations I was going to be charged $14.00 for parking, that was the only disappointment with hotel.

The beds were very comfortable.
The guests next door were having a party all night.

The hotel was very nice and I really looked forward to staying there and getting some rest, especially after feeling how soft the bed was. Well all was great until the middle of the night when the guests next door began slamming their door every 2 minutes and talking and laughing very loud. I called to complain and the noise stopped for about 30 min. then started up again and went on all night. I called again in the early morning about 6am or so yes the party or whatever was still going on! and the noise stopped again briefly. By about 7:30 or so they were finally silent and my girlfriend and I were able to get 2 hours of sleep which is what I came there for! The staff downstairs were very helpful and were almost tripping over themselves trying to make it right. read more

Charged for water not all the little amenties needed a shower cap had to call done for little items usually standard provided.

The air conditioning was out did not call we were only ther overnigt however in the morning it was every warm in our room.
