I like the price.
The hotel did not have parking.
I thought the hotel was great for the price, however if I had paid full price I would've been disappointed. The heater in the room was very loud and switched on and off through out the night, waking us up. As we got there late and really were only sleeping, this was quite irritating. Also the light fixture in the shower was broken with exposed wires. Not very safe. Other than that it was a very nice hotel. read more

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful in every department.
No sauna or steam room, not enough toiletries in the bathroom.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in downtown Calgary. After a long day of working at trade shows, it was wonderful to be welcomed back by kind valets. A nice added touch was the fresh water containers that had either strawberries in them or cucumber that you could have for free as a quick pick me up on the way to your room. Room service menu was a bit limited though. read more

Under construction.
In the last six months we have stayed in a dozen or more hotels that we booked and compared to the other hotels some of which were cheaper, this stay was a bit disappointing.

Restaurant and the
location.
Parking fee, double beds(would like queen) & dated decor in rooms.
Rooms were clean and adequate but a bit outdated. 2 double beds were a bit cramped if sharing room with your kids. Pool was clean. Restaurant was good quality & variety. It felt more like a 3 star hotel. Parking fee was extremely irritating at $35/day.

The beds were terrific, good night sleep.
No fridge or microwave in room.
The rooms were spacious and clean. The best hotel beds I've slept in very comfortable. The amenities were very good quality. Definitely stay again.

Arrived late on the train and was happy to have the hotel located across the street from the train station.
No airport transportation.
Was a very nice place with a perfect location for the travel we were doing. Arrived late on the train and was happy to have our hotel located across the street. Had a great sleep in a nice bed and went to the airport.
