Solo Traveler
Checked in and was given a room, someone was in it. Got another room, no towels in room. Called for some, they never arrived. I checked out! Make sure you bring your $4.50 so you can purchase the bottle of water in the room, it's tasty.

Family Traveling with Teens
This is an upscale hotel in a great location, was made affordable through Priceline. I had two rooms, with one for my adult sons who were with me for the week in Boston. We all loved the hotel and our particular rooms, the great indoor pool & hot tub, and the friendly staff. I'll definitely stay here again as I frequently travel to Boston.

Solo Traveler
It's about $10 by cab to get to the North End of Boston. The staff really are "at your service" when you push that button on your phone--they got a wheelchair for my mom and knew what restaurants would deliver food at 2AM. The gym was actually pretty nice as was the pool, although I didn't use the latter myself.
