Room was clean and well prepared and appointed.
Parking was not included and cost extra.

Overall the hotel was nice. The bathroom was a little small but clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and the coffee and tea in the room was a nice touch.

I had never been to Charlotte, throughly impressed with location, staff, the room and the area.
The walls need to be thicker. Laughing in our room disturbed our neighbor.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff above reproach! We would love to come back again.

I loved that the it was located in the middle of downtown.

The hotel has wonderful views. Conveniently located in the middle of Charlotte. Plenty of attractions to keep families busy. The staff was very friendly check in was a breeze. I would stay again.

Hotel was very clean. Great location.
I had to leave.

This hotel is very nice and elegant. Exactly what you would expect in a 4 star. The location is incredible. With in walking distance of everything downtown. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
