The rounded windows which give a superb view.
This is a beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms and a very nice bathroom. The windows bow outward, giving a complete view of surroundings. It was wonderful!

Wild goose chase for a working ice machine. Hotel needs renovation to be 4 star although bedding was nice.

Convenient, gorgeous view, accommodating staff; was a pleasure to stay there.
Cannot think of anything I didn't like.
We had an excellent experience at the Marriott Samuel Champlain. From the time we arrived we were met with helpful, friendly staff who seemed to go out of their way to accommodate us. Our room on the 31st floor offered a panoramic view of downtown Montreal. The hotel concierge procured restaurant reservations at two terrific restaurants. We would certainly return.

The location was great.
Very expensive restaurant not great food.
I needed service as the room was too hot, front desk said they would send someone right up, problem not fixed. Breakfast buffet very expensive, food mediocre. Maid service made bed put in fresh towels did not clean.

This hotel was at a decent price due to using pricelines bidding system. I'd say it is more like a 3 star hotel versus a 4 star hotel if you just look at the room and bed. But the service is of a 4 star hotel quality. The staff was helpful and very polite. The rooms could be bigger but it was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The TV could use an upgrade.

I liked the closet area being separate from the sleeping area.
Hotel food was good but expensive.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms were great and beds were very comfortable.
