Price for the room & location.
No free wireless, paid for parking.

All in all, this is a nice hotel near the airport. Staff is accommodating & the facility is in pretty good shape. It is outrageous though in this day & age to have to pay $25 for parking & another $12 or $15 for internet!

Overpriced breakfast buffet with poor evening hours.

Accommodating. However, the parking is not complimentary to it's guests and that is not brought to the attention of the guest upon check in. Close to public transportation which is a plus due to the traffic levels in the Chicago land area. Pool and hot tub are a plus but a disappointment for the level of hotel they claim. They do have a nice business office that is accessed with your room key and is near the conference rooms in the lobby. read more

Older facility, needs remodeling.

Really fast and simple check in.
I didn't like the doorways to the room - too narrow; also, I did not like that we had to pay $24 to park overnight.

Nice and basic. Hotel is showing wear and tear. They have invested in nice beds, but that is about it.
